A full-featured printer, scanner, copier and fax, designed for small office spaces that require monochrome and color printing of high quality with low operating costs. Pigment ink DRHD, resistant to erasure and markers, allow you to get rich shades of black, bright colors and clear text. The Canon MAXIFY MB5140 prints A4 at ultra-high speed 24 images per minute in monochrome and 15.5 images per minute in color mode, and displays the first page (FPOT) in just 6 seconds, while a two-sided scan in one pass provides an unmatched scan speed.

The main feature of this device is its economy - from low energy consumption of only 0.2 kW / h (normal energy consumption) to color cartridges with the possibility of individual replacement. Black cartridges have a resource of 2500 pages in accordance with the ISO standard, and color cartridges - 1500 pages, which provides a long continuous printing. The optional 4-color economy kit provides even more economical printing.

It is easy to print, copy, scan and send faxes thanks to the large 8.8 cm (3.5 ") color TFT touch screen and the improved user interface of the Canon MAXIFY MB5140. In addition to the 250-sheet high-capacity feeder and 50-sheet automatic document feeder, duplex printing and printer support for a variety of paper sizes and types - from plain A4 paper to labels, envelopes, photo paper, and even two-sided copy IDs - simplifies the implementation of common office printing tasks.

Support for Google Cloud Print, Apple AirPrint (iOS), Mopria and Canon PRINT applications provides high speed and convenience for printing and scanning from mobile devices. You can print from the cloud and even scan and save documents in popular cloud services, including Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, OneNote, OneDrive and Concur. The Access Point Mode allows users of mobile devices to connect to the printer in the absence of a Wi-Fi network.

IP address filtering allows access to a limited number of users, and SMTP support provides a secure scan for e-mail. System administrators can quickly and easily configure the printer and restrict certain operations, such as scanning to a USB device.

Compatibility with SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) makes it easy to integrate the printer into an existing office network. The SNMP standard provides a number of monitoring and maintenance functions, including checking the ink level, error status and the number of pages.

How to install the driver for Canon MAXIFY MB5140:

1. First, you need to click the link provided for download, then select the option “Save” or “Save as”. Clicking “Save” is for downloading the file. Meanwhile if you choose “Run” or “Open”, the file downloaded will be automatically installed after the downloading process is completed.
